1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
At Orbx we focus on quality over speed.
- All orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days of purchase.
- Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Please note that shipping times may vary during high-volume drops or holidays.
2. No Returns / No Exchanges Policy (All Sales Final)
To maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our inventory, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns, or exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason including, but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size selection, or "buyer's remorse."
- Please review the size charts carefully before completing your purchase to ensure a proper fit.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or a garment with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@orbx.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- If the error is on our end, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Orbx is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information confirms the item has been delivered to the address provided. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a workplace if you are concerned about porch piracy.
5. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
